Shipping policy

1. Delivery

For orders delivered outside Denmark the shipping cost is already included in the price, so nothing is added at checkout. Within Denmark shipping is calculated at checkout.

We dispatch from Denmark and aim to deliver quickly and safely.

2. Delivery time

We pack and dispatch your order within one working day. After that, delivery time depends on the destination:

  • Denmark: 1–3 working days
  • The Nordics and Europe: 5–8 working days
  • USA, Canada and Singapore: 6–10 working days
  • Asia, Australia and Latin America: 7–11 working days
  • Other destinations: 11–16 working days

The expected delivery time for your country is always shown on the product page.

3. Delivery methods

Your order is delivered with the shipping options shown at checkout.

  • Denmark: parcel shop or home delivery
  • Abroad: home delivery with the local postal service

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination and the method you choose. In Denmark delivery to a parcel shop is free, and home delivery costs DKK 19.

5. Duties and taxes outside the EU

Orders delivered within the EU include VAT and no further charges apply.

For deliveries outside the EU, local VAT, customs duty or handling fees may be charged by the authorities in the destination country. These costs are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

6. Track & trace

When your order has shipped you receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the parcel all the way.

7. Delays

The delivery times given are indicative and can occasionally differ, for example during busy periods, public holidays, customs clearance or delays at the carrier.

If your order is significantly delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.

8. If the parcel does not arrive

If you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery time, you are always welcome to contact us.

Deliveries outside the EU
All orders are shipped from Denmark. For deliveries outside the EU the customer is the importer, and local VAT, customs duty or other charges may be collected on delivery. Those amounts are not included in the price at checkout.

ClearDrive Connect carries the CE mark and complies with the EU Radio Equipment Directive. The device also holds approvals for the USA (FCC), Canada (ISED), Japan (MIC) and South Korea (KC), and CE is recognised in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In countries outside these, the product is sold as a private import.
